Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supporting a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Every paper published in The New Journal of Urology is freely available via the website https://newjournalurology.com/archive .

Open Access Policy is based on rules of Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/.

Editorial and publication processes of the journal are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the international organizations such as the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the Council of Science Editors (CSE), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Our journal follows the principles of transparency and best practices for scholarly publishing as identified by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) (doi: 10.24318/cope.2019.1.12).

Deposit Policy

Deposit policy (Self-archiving policy) are as follows:

• Author can archive pre-print (i.e., pre-refereeing);
• Author can archive postprint (i.e., final draft after refereeing);
• and Author can archive publisher's version/PDF.
