The aim of this study is to report urothelial carcinoma of the bladder in a 18-year-old man, who was referred to our institution with a chi-ef complaint of gross hematuria. Urothelial car-cinoma of the bladder can be seen rarely in yo-ung patients and it is usually superficial and low grade. Its recurrence and progression rate is lo-wer. Therefore, urothelial cancer of bladder in young patients has a better prognosis.
