Primary retroperitoneal mesothelial cyst mimicking giant hydronephrosis: A case report

Abstract

Although retroperitoneal tumors are relati-vely uncommon, about 70 to 80% of this mass is malignant and association with urological organs. Urinoma is defined as a collection of extravasated urine in the perirenal, paraureteral or retroreritoneal space.
