Bladder  is rarely affected in crohn’s disease. In enterovesi-cal fistul, patients come to hospital with recur-rent cystitis, dysuria, hematuria and fecaluria. In this case report, we indicated bladder can-cer around enterovesical fistula in patient with Crohn’s disease who came to our clinic with re-current cystitis and fecaluria.
