Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) are originated as neuroendocrine cells in organs such as gastrointestinal tract, lung, testes, kidney, pancreas. Primary renal NET are extremely rare. Although primary renal NET are mostly benign tumors, sometimes that may be aggressive. The most effective treatment is the partial or radical nephrectomy. In this study, a case of primary renal NET with lymph node involvement is presented with the review of the current literature.
