Although primary renal NET are mostly benign tumors, sometimes that may be aggressive. The most effective treatment is the partial or radical nephrectomy. In this study, a case of primary renal NET with lymph node involvement is presented with the review of the current literature.

Key Words: Kidney cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, lymphatic metastasis
