Spontaneous rupture of the ureter is very rare. Occurunce of spontaneous ruptures incre-ases with urinary tract stone disease, congenital abnormalities and tumors. We are presented a 64-year-old man with spontaneous rupture of a unilateral ureter. There is no abdominal travma in patient. We have eveluated and discussed of 64 years old male patient with located proximal ureteral stone with spontaneous rupture pro-cess and treatment of that in the literature.
