Renal cancer is the third most common genitourinary cancer after prostate and bladder cancer. Renal cell carcinoma metastasizes to lung (%50-60), bone (%30-40), liver (%30-40) and brain (%50). Renal cell carcinomas are re- nowned for metastasis to unusual regions such as nasal cavity, oral cavity, larynx, thyroid gland, heart, bladder, testis, prostate and pituitary gland. In this case report, we present findings of pathology and renal cell carcinoma that metas- tasized to soft tissue 9 years after nephrectomy without another organ metastasis.

Abstract
Renal cancer is the third most common genitourinary cancer after prostate and bladder cancer. Renal cell carcinoma metastasizes to lung (%50-60), bone (%30-40), liver (%30-40) and brain (%50). In this case report, we present findings of pathology and renal cell carcinoma that metas- tasized to soft tissue 9 years after nephrectomy without another organ metastasis.
