The Advanced Age Is Effective on Recurrence and Progression in Patients with Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

Abstract

Crohn’s disease is a inflammatory process which affect all layers of gastrointestinal system. Therefore fistulization to adjacent organs and also skin can be seen in this disease. Bladder  is rarely affected in crohn’s disease. In enterovesi-cal fistul, patients come to hospital with recur-rent cystitis, dysuria, hematuria and fecaluria. In this case report, we indicated bladder can-cer around enterovesical fistula in patient with Crohn’s disease who came to our clinic with re-current cystitis and fecaluria.
