A substantial number of andrological fertility disorders, formerly defined as idiopathic male infertility is essentially genetic origin. Unders-tanding this genetic causes matter for treatment approaches as well as patients about the risks to the baby to be born. In this review, genetic factors that cause male infertility is evaluated.
