Abstract

Paraurethral leiomyoma is a rare genitourinary tumor in wo-men. Most common symptoms are the palpable mass between labi-ums or increase in frequency of voiding. In patients, dysuria, dyspa-reunia, urinary tract infection, urinary retention can caused by le-iomyoma. Leiomyomas are benign smooth muscle tumors. Leiom-yomas aren’t have malignant potential. Development of leiomyo-ma have been effected by hormonal hypersensitivity.  Leiomyomas are seen as a solid mass, usually with similar density to muscles in cross-sectional imaging techniques.  In symptomatic cases, surgi-cal excision is usually sufficient. In this case, we reported who ad-mitted to our clinic because of a palpable mass at the anterior sur-face of vagina and pathology evoluation of the mass reported  epit-helioid leiomyom.

Key Words: Paraurethral, leiomyoma, epitheloid
