Petrified mesh in bladder after TVT surgery in patients with stress urinary incontinence

Abstract

TOT or TVT, minimally invasive procedu-res are used to stress incontinence. TVT is more effective in patients with intrinsic sphincter de-ficiency and urethral hypermobility. This artic-le presented the potential complications of TVT procedure for SUİ. Patient who was presented with hematuria, suspected radioopacity was detected with radiological examinations. The stony mesh was seen in bladder during cystos-copy. In this rare complication was successfully treated by endoscopic surgery.
