Abstract

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the prostate is extremely rare disease with poor prognosis. There is no disease-specific findings of clini-cal signs, physical examination, laboratory tests and imaging techniques, In our study, a rare case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the prostate with a poor prognosis have been reported and the relevant literature is reviewed.
