Primary testicular lymphoma (PTL) is a rare testicular tumor, and constitutes 1-9 % of all testis tumors. Its preoperative differentation from other tumors is quite difficult. The diag-nosis is done through histological examination. The most commonly encountered histological type is diffuse large B celll ymphoma. Adjuvant radiotherapy and/orchemotherapy is applied following orchiectomy. The prognosis is wor-se than other testicular tumors and, the eviden-ce of no extension within a year suggest a good prognosis. A 71 years old patient with PTL is presented herein.
