Abstract

Penile trauma is rarely seen because of ana-tomical localization and mobilization. It may be iatrogenic during circumcision or caused by do-mestic animal attack, child abuse, motor vehicle accidents or trapping in a zipper; penile strangu-lation by hair or thread has also been reported. We purposed to present the rescue of prepisium tissue from the zipper and then following the surgical circumcision operation of a 7 year old male patient, who came to the emergency ser-vice, with a clinic of quite agitated and pain as a result of the prepisium skin compression of a zipper.

Key Words: penile trauma, circumcision
