Stone street is generally known as a compli-cation of shock wave lithotripsy and formed by retention of stone pieces obstructing ureter. In this case report, we aimed to present a 43-year-old male patient with spontaneous massive stone street formation without history of any predisposing factor or shock wave lithotripsy.
