Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is frequent cause of granuloma-tous orchitis. Infection may contaminate the testis directly from epididymis or hematogenous. In this article, 31 –year- old patient is presented,  who admitted to our hospital with complaints of scrotal swelling, orchiectomy was performed due to tumor suspicion after examination and diagnosed the  granulomatous epididymoorchitis in pathological examination.
