Abstract

Although retroperitoneal tumors are relati-vely uncommon, about 70 to 80% of this mass is malignant and association with urological organs. Urinoma is defined as a collection of extravasated urine in the perirenal, paraureteral or retroreritoneal space. Urinomas usually ocur secondary to obstruction or due to penetrating or blunt trauma leading to injuries of the uri-nary system. We present a case of an unironoma mimicking retroperitoneal mass

Key words: Retroperitoneal mass, uretero-renoscopy, urinoma
